Those Wonderful Diffusers!
This month, Goldie is very excited to tell you that she found the diffusers! What is a diffuser you say? It is a little, plastic thing-a-mo-bobbie that goes on the end of your dryer to concentrate the air flow.
Now
we all just love our Kool-Dry dryers, however, the attachments that come with
them could leave a little to be desired. Standard
attachments are a cone-shaped one that really sends the water flying out of the
coat, but it also will create the biggest mats in a matter of seconds in
Goldie’s Golden Retriever’s furnishings!
The second attachment is that nicer flat one for finish drying, but
honestly, Goldie’s arms tire with how long she has to hold it over the dog’s
coat to get it bone dry and flat. The
problem with the finish drying attachment is that the opening is just too wide,
so the air is not concentrated enough to produce enough power.
Viola! Here comes the diffuser! Goldie got the opportunity to try this and can attest that it is a multi-purpose attachment just like her Golden Retrievers that are multi-purpose dogs. With a diffuser attached to your Kool-Dry dryer, there is no need to switch attachments when you dry your dog. Now isn’t that neat! Also, the diffuser will not tangle the hair and create those disgusting snarls in the furnishings. An added bonus that Goldie discovered while grooming her wavier top coated young girl is that if you lay the diffuser on the area that you want to dry the dog flat, and in the direction of the way the hair grows, the diffuser helps you flatten the coat!
